Last updated: March 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Prism, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of Prism after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate information when creating your account and portfolio, not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harass others, not attempt to access other users' accounts or data, and not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You retain full ownership of the content you create on Prism, including your case studies, portfolio text, and uploaded files.

3. AI-generated content

Prism uses AI to help generate case study drafts from your resume. The AI-generated content is a starting point and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all content published on your portfolio. Prism is not responsible for any claims arising from inaccurate information in your published portfolio.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, use the service in a way that could harm other users or the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

5. Limitation of liability

Prism is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. In no event shall Prism or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. User content and confidentiality

Prism generates portfolio content based on information you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish on Prism complies with your confidentiality obligations, including any non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with current or former employers.

Prism is not responsible for content published by users that may violate confidentiality agreements. By publishing your portfolio, you confirm that you have the right to share the information contained within it.

Prism generates suggestions to help you tell your story — you control what is published. Review all content before publishing.
